I love this place because I can get brand new appliances at bargain prices because they have a few dents or scratches. We have lots of magnets with logos of places we visited that cover them up anyways!

I had a fantastic experience as soon as we started looking at refrigerators sales man greeted us asking if we need help to let him know we found the perfect refrigerator we asked if they deliver he yes we do that it would be 3 or 4 days i explained to the sales man that I had medicine that needed to keep cool so he went to the delivery department then he said they would deliver the next morning then I told him I will take it

Paradise Appliances are a wonderful group that take really good care of their customers. Everyone from the manager, to the techs are very customer service oriented, and go the extra mile. Best Appliance Buying Experience Ever. Within 2 days after my old refrigerator went kaput, I had a gorgeous new state-of-the-art one delivered and installed by Paradise (and they carefully removed and disposed of the heavy monster built-in for no extra charge). After a day of shopping at home improvement, big box and appliance stores, I was confused and in sticker shock. Then I made one last stop at Paradise Appliance. I hit the jackpot. I immediately noticed their everyday prices are lower than their competition’s sales prices. They’re extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, obviously fast, and the process is integrated and worry free (turnkey, one-stop shopping). Other sellers contract out and charge separately for delivery, installation and removal, if they do them at all. Paradise’s crew does it all, they really know what they’re doing, and they do it with the utmost of care. A special shout-out to Kathryn for amazing customer care.

I went in tonight looking for a specific fridge and I found it! They were all super helpful and I left with a perfect fridge and saved $700 off the best price I could find online at Costco. Delivery the next day! 1-year full warranty too! Will definitely return if we need any other appliances. They have a TON that look brand new.
