Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

The door and draw do not shut properly. I feel like I lose a lot of heat because the door does not shut. I also have a Whirlpool dishwasher that the top shelf has broken. And amana refrigerator which I understand is made by Whirlpool has very lightweight drawers and shelves (1 was replaced immediately because it broke). The the front has started to rust.

Wish it would quit working so I could get a differ

COOK 3 1/10/2023

I bought it 4 years ago , has big oven but you can't put food on the second shelf because it takes twice as long to get done, so the big oven is worthless. The Cleaning system only cleans bottom of the oven, not the sides or racks. The stovetop doesn't have a continuous heat, it goes off and on so if you are using a thermometer and it is at the temp you want and need to remove from heat, the heat shuts off then you have to wait until it goes back up to get to the correct temperature. Some recipes are pretty sensitive about the heat and this ruins the food.

The service on the stove have been below subpar I have an element that™€™s out on the electric range and I called ahead of time to inform them of this so they may have a element with them instead the Repairman showed up with no element took 10 minutes to tell me the problem that I knew and then 10 days he tells me to get the part!! And I would like to remind you it took 10 days for him to show up at my door so you are looking at a total of 30 days without a stove . what are we supposed to do or think about your company very unprofessional and no way the characteristics of the whirlpool appliances , who we have grown to love from our parents to now , but it all has crumbled in our minds!! I have the oven for 5 years and the temperature control panel has gone out. I have not been able to use my oven since Thanksgiving. The oven will heat up to the temperature selected and then shuts off. The part has been on order since December 21st and there is no date when it will arrive. I'm very unhappy and will not purchase another Whirpool product after this experience.

Hot22 2/5/2022

I have enjoyed my stove until recently. It had a oven fire and it™€™s was due to heating element popping. Technician came and put in new only to find out the computer or something was burned out; cost $397.37 plus labor $101.00!The part was back order with not estimated time for delivery! Awful, we™€™ve been without a stove since January 22. So decided to purchase a new stove. It was great until it wasn™€™t! I™€™m not getting self-cleaning this time. Flames and smoke were scary!

Worst Stove Ever!

Disappointed Dale 1/22/2022

From day one we found this to be the worst stove that we have ever owned or used. The oven is slow to preheat and had very inconsistent heating. It was more inconsistent when convection was on. This week while roasting at 400F it made a loud buzzing electrical sound and the inside glowed orange. Fortunately my wife was right there to shut it off immediately. This stove lasted a bit more than two years. Aqualift does not work. You must keep it clean after each use. We do not plan to repair this stove and are currently shopping for a different brand. Whirlpool, we would like a rebate! Please don™€™t ask us to contact you via social media!

Only 6 years old and caught on fire

bgransden 12/4/2021

I liked this stove to begin with. However, shortly after buying I was frustrated by the uneven heating and just tolerated the uneven ceramic heating on the stove top. I had always wanted a self cleaning oven and yet I was unimpressed with the process on this model. However, this stove was not cheap and I kept it as I didn't have another option. However, yesterday the oven heating element started to make noise and then a loud pop and it started to flame and smoke and then the whole oven just shut off. Thank God the house didn't catch on fire. I tried to unplug and reboot but nothing. for the cost of this item after 5 years this seems unacceptable. Now that I need to go buy a new stove I will do my homework and read reviews before purchasing and will be very selective on brand.

Burnt up element

Medic771 9/27/2021

We are lucky we didn™€™t burn the house down. It appears burnt up elements are a problem with this oven. The previous homeowners bought this in 2018 so it™€™s barely 3 years old. This is absolutely unacceptable. Like others, I was cooking and heard sizzling and then a loud pop. Finally managed to get this out and this is what I find. Awful.

Mistake. Looks great in store, but that's it.

Pande3 6/28/2021

This range has been such a disappointment and I honestly wonder what has happened to the appliance industry in general. I've owned this unit for less than five years and we've really just been tolerating it. It's never heated reliably. We ended up having to keep a thermometer inside it so that we could be sure it was heating to the temp we needed for cakes and bread, and even then, the unstable temp has caused many issues with results. Since our oven died, we have cooked a cake and a pie in our TOASTER OVEN with BETTER results than using this range. Now I have experienced the same thing that other reviewers have posted on this forum. We were standing in the kitchen a few days ago waiting for the oven to heat (always takes a very long time) and then all of sudden there was a bright flash and loud popping sound from the oven. Now the bottom element doesn't heat anymore. I removed the bottom pan that hides the element, and the element is all misshapen and looks like it melted. I consider myself fortunate that I don't have a hole in the bottom of the oven as other reviewers have reported, considering what the element looks like. This seems like a serious safety hazard and I am surprised Whirlpool hasn't recalled this range. I am sure I will likely get a "please contact us" response to this review. That's nice, but after having the range for less than 5 years, this is not where I should be. I suppose I will likely take my chances on a new one, but it WON'T be a Whirlpool. I wish I knew there was a brand out there that could really be trusted, but just not sure. It really feels like manufacturers are building just to sell the item and aren't at all concerned with longevity any more.

Looks really good

Barbara 3/1/2021

It is almost a year since I've purchased the stove. I thought at first that my baking abilities must have deteriorated but it turns out that the heating element doesn't work as it should. Works fine for cooking vegetables because those don't require a constant temperature. The order for the heating element has been "in process" now for many months and I'm told that I'm lucky, other people are waiting much longer for their parts. Yup, I feel very lucky.

Issue with stove element

Jdewane1 1/9/2021

I was reading the reviews and noticed one statement about the heating element shorting out and burning though the bottom pan. Well, maybe whirlpool should look into this. Ours did the same thing, in the same spot! It literally put a hole through the metal element. We ordered a new element and the oven is working but I'm hoping it won't happen again.

Error code F9E0 ™€“ just past standard warranty

Martin 12/18/2020

Before giving a 5* review, you might want to wait a while... So far our range does not have that hole in the bottom from an element shorting out. Tuesday, the control panel began flickering and a tick/tick sound could be heard. I switched off the main breaker in the basement. The next day I switched it back on, everything worked just fine. In the evening then the code F9E0 displayed. It's not a week before Christmas. We bought extended warranty but they can not look at it until 12/31. Home Depot also is zero help, even though we bought a Whirlpool fridge, microwave and dishwasher there and an entire kitchen, that I rebuild since July by myself. The stove worked for months until just a few days ago. This is VERY unfortunate, wife's crying and we're getting no help from anybody.

Repeated Issues

Frustrated oven owner 10/30/2020

We have had this oven for two years. A year into owning it, we started getting error codes so called Whirlpool. They were kind enough to fix the oven on their dime, but it ended up needing a new board and new temperature sensor. Six months after that, the oven started putting off a chemical burning smell so called again. That time it turned out to be an incorrectly installed power cord (we did not install ourselves so not our fault, but not Whirlpool's either). Six months after that, the oven started putting off another strong chemical burning smell. Called again and only after being persistent, Whirlpool offered to pay to send a tech out, but wouldn't offer anything more than that. The tech replaced a fuse, but the burning smell was still there after he tested after the repair. He thinks it might be the main board again, but isn't 100% sure. That board is the one replaced a year ago. At this point, we're thinking about just getting a new oven as if a tech can't even figure it out, then it's kind of scary replacing these expensive parts without knowing for sure if they'll fix the issue. Not convinced this oven isn't just a lemon as it doesn't seem right to have so many problems with a fairly new appliance.

hole in bottom oven pan - regrets

49er fan 5/3/2020

Our stove is less than 5 years old. It appears that the bake element has shorted and blew a big hole through the bottom oven panel. The stove was somewhat clean and no residue was built up in the bottom. Thankfully, it did not start a fire. The cooktop is very hard to keep clean & burned easily within a year. I was regretting this stove at that time. But the hole is totally unacceptable and dangerous. That's why I decided to write this review

Loud buzzing followed by flames shooting out where the coils connect to the back (hard to see with the metal covering the coils. Very upsetting. Prior to the electrical fire that put my house at risk, it was your basic range.
