difficult replacement

I cannot get the original filter out to replace.(XWFE in Cafe French Door Fridge...upper left filter location) I have had several people try. It doesn't turn...I don't want to break the hinged mounting. Help please!

Great Fridge. Don't buy this water filter from Amazon. It doesn't work. The one purchased from here is great. It's easy to change and works great. The one from Amazon costs more and does not work.
